🔹 1. Digital & Personalized Nature of Our Services
All our reports and readings are custom-created manually after receiving your details and payment confirmation.
Because each report is prepared specifically for you, it is considered a digital personalized product — and therefore, non-returnable and non-refundable.
🔹 2. No Cancellation Once Processed
Once payment is confirmed and your report is under preparation, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Please review your details carefully before submitting your order.
🔹 3. Report Delivery
- Reports are usually sent via email to the address provided during checkout.
- In case you haven’t received your report within the promised time frame (typically within 24–48 hours), kindly check your spam/junk folder first.
- If it’s still missing, please contact us immediately at nayankkumarpattel@gmail.com, and we’ll resend it promptly.
🔹 4. Incorrect Details
If a report has already been prepared based on incorrect or incomplete information (like wrong date of birth or email), we cannot offer a refund.
However, minor corrections may be accommodated at our discretion if requested quickly after delivery.
🔹 5. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in special cases such as:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Payment deducted but order not received or processed.
In such cases, we will verify the transaction and issue the refund (if applicable) to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
